These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Medhavi Scholarship 2025, conducted by Spark Smart Eduserv. By registering or participating, you agree to the following terms:
Students of Class 8 to 12 enrolled in any recognized school in India are eligible. Registration must be completed through school authorities.
All participants must be registered via their schools. Individual registrations are not accepted. A nominal registration fee of ₹100 per student is applicable.
The scholarship examination will be conducted as per the schedule shared with registered schools. The format includes 100 questions to be solved in 3 hours.
The exam will be based on the logical, analytical, and scientific aptitude covered in the school curriculum. Sample papers will be provided.
Results will be declared within 8 weeks of the exam. Rankings are awarded based on total marks. In the event of a tie, section-wise priority will be considered.
Top performers will receive cash prizes, certificates, and special invitations for educational visits (IITs/ISRO etc.). All participants will get a certificate of participation.
Students are expected to maintain discipline. Any use of unfair means during the exam will lead to disqualification.
All communication regarding the scholarship will be directed to the school coordinator. Students/parents must stay in contact with school authorities for updates.
Spark Smart Eduserv reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website.
